On the most part allow the muting of clearly defined, recognizable objective forms lead you on your own journey of discovery. The basic art elements of color, design, and texture are used to create a vibrant and opulent canvas. My hope is that you will go on your own discovery of my paintings and find your own meaning as it speaks to you emotionally. My goal is to offer dynamic, bold, explosive and exciting paintings that also involve subtle nuances of color and meaning which can take the viewer into the painting where they can make new and unexpected insights. I work both large and small canvases and will begin with a design idea but as the painting develops it leads into new areas of expression.

I have worked in many art forms over the years including handbag design, jewelry and textiles. These experiences have culminated in the paintings and compositions I use today.
